PUBLIC EXHIBITION AMENDED ON-SITE SEWAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CLASSIFICATION AND INSPECTION POLICY (P.12-01, SC316)

Coolamon Shire Council gives public notice of the exhibition of the amended On-Site Sewage Management System Classification and Inspection Policy.

The Councils On-Site Sewage Management System Classification and Inspection Policy was first adopted by Council on the 17th March 2022.

The recent inclusion of a new land use zone, the R5 Large Lot Residential Zone, within the Coolamon Local Environmental Plan 2011, has resulted in a need to update relevant policy’s to include land that now resides within this new zone.

The amended Policy was presented to Councils Ordinary Business Meeting held on the 21st of December 2023, where it was resolved to place the amended Policy on Public Exhibition.

The Plan is on public exhibition and can be viewed at the Coolamon Shire Council Offices or online at http://www.coolamon.nsw.gov.au/ under ‘Latest News’.
