PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF DRAFT COOLAMON SHIRE COUNCIL SECTION 7.11 DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTIONS PLAN

Coolamon Shire Council has resolved to exhibit the draft amended Section 7.11 Development Contributions Plan 2017.

Section 7.11 Contributions are payments made by persons undertaking development work to help fund the provision of public infrastructure and services.

The amendments to the plan include the following:

·         Administrative amendments via the inclusion of a commencement date within the plan.

·         Update and amendment to the contributions area map (to include the areas identified for potential future residential and rural residential rezoning).

The draft S.7.11 Plan is on public exhibition and can be viewed at the Coolamon Shire Council Offices or online at here until 5pm, Thursday 20th October 2022.
