Roads Update - 11th September 2023

Road Works

Council would like to advise motorist that heavy road patching, concrete culvert repair, table drain cleaning and road sealing works are to be carried out on the following Roads:

  •   MR243 Canola Way East of Coolamon – multiple heavy road patching.

  • Marrar South Road - multiple heavy road patching.

  • MR398 Mary Gilmore Way – multiple heavy road patching.

  • Ardlethan Road– multiple heavy road patching and culvert repairs.

  • Rannock, Dullah, Methul and Matong Nth Roads – culvert table drain cleaning.

Portable traffic lights and traffic controllers stop/slow will be on site and motorist may experience delays up to 5 minutes. Please exercise caution, observe road signage and road conditions.

Road Conditions

Council would like to advise motorists that maintenance grading is in progress on the unsealed road network throughout the Shire. Please exercise caution, observe road signage, road conditions and drive accordingly.

Road Closures

All Shire roads are open at present.
