Where development consent has been granted for proposals involving building works, a Construction Certificate must be obtained prior to the commencement of any such works.

Coolamon Shire Council regulates plumbing and drainage across our area to make sure all work is safe, reliable and meets the right standards. This includes on-site wastewater, drainage and water connections, in line with national codes and regulations.
Before you start any plumbing or drainage work, make sure the right approvals are in place and inspections are booked with Council.
