ARDLETHAN AGED PERSONS UNITS

2 UNITS TO LET

Council has two units available for rent in its Aged Persons Units (Carpathia Court) situated at the corner of Mithul and Redmond Streets, Ardlethan.  Applications are invited from persons interested in renting a unit and will be received up until 5.00pm on Friday, 24 July, 2020.

An “aged person” means a person who has attained the age of sixty years.  For couples, one of the tenants must be an aged person.
