Have your Say - Community Swimming Pools Service Review

Community survey now open!

Each year, Council undertakes a Service Review of a specific area of Council operations. In 2026, the review focuses on the operations and services of Council’s Public Swimming Pools. The purpose of this Service Review is to seek input from residents to help inform Council’s future strategic planning and decision-making for this important community service.

As part of the review, Council will:

  • Conduct an online survey (below)

  • Provide a public discussion paper

  • Prepare a final report for consideration by Council

The discussion paper outlines background information about Council’s public swimming pools, including works that have been undertaken and current operating arrangements. The survey asks a range of questions about how residents use the pools and their facilities.

The survey aims to better understand community needs, usage patterns and expectations, to help guide future planning and service delivery.

The survey will remain open for eight weeks. Closing Sunday 29 March 2026. 

Council encourages all residents and pool users to participate and have their say.
