Six Community Projects Receive Funding Through Ardlethan Tin Mine Fund Round 2

Six local community projects have been awarded funding through Round Two of the Ardlethan Tin Mine Fund, with a total of $30,000 invested into initiatives that will benefit the Ardlethan and Beckom communities.

The Ardlethan Tin Mine Fund is made possible through the Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Australian Tin Resources' Ardlethan Tin Mine and Coolamon Shire Council. The fund supports projects that strengthen community facilities, improve public spaces and deliver lasting benefits for local residents and visitors.

The successful Round Two projects are:

  • Ardlethan Skyshed Pod

  • Ardlethan Central School P&C – Sporting Opportunities for Students

  • CWA Kitchen Upgrade

  • Ardlethan Showground Re-creation: Stage One – Safety First

  • Ardlethan Tennis Club – Install Wire Balustrade and Interior Fit Out

  • Beckom Hall – Concrete Pathway and Outdoor Space

Coolamon Shire Council congratulates all successful applicants and looks forward to seeing these projects come to life over the coming months.

Round Three will open in early 2027.
