DRAFT DELIVERY PROGRAM 2026/2030 & OPERATIONAL PLAN 2026/2027

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 404 and 405 of the Local Government Act, 1993 Council has prepared a Draft Delivery Program, incorporating the Operational Plan for 2026/2027 and Long Term Financial Plan detailing Council’s principal activities to be undertaken for the four year period 2026/2027 to 2029/2030.

The Delivery Program is intended to set the direction of Council for the next four years so that the community’s needs and expectations are met in a planned, co-ordinated and cost effective manner.

The Draft Delivery Program 2026/2030 & Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027 are prepared in accordance with the Act, and include the following:-

  • A listing of the actions and activities to be undertaken by the Council, together with the performance measures for each activity.

  • A proposed rating structure for the year 2026/2027 to be effective as from 1 July, 2026.

  • A full listing of all fees and charges to be charged by Council for the 2026/2027 year.

The Draft Delivery Plan 2026/2030 & Draft Operational Plan 2026/2027 was on public exhibition from Friday 17 April 2026 to Monday 18 May 2026.

Submissions relating to any or all aspects of the Draft Delivery Program 2026/2030 could be made to Council during the time period of public exhibition.
