PLANT OPERATOR

PLANT OPERATOR - FULL TIME

Coolamon Shire Council are currently seeking applications from suitably skilled people for the position of Plant Operator.

This role will be to assist with the maintenance of Councils infrastructure including roads, footpaths, drainage and recreational assets. 

All employees of Council are required to undertake a pre-employment medical which will include drug and alcohol, audiometry and physical factors. 

To be successful in this role applicants should have:

  1. Current OH&S Construction Induction Certificate (White card - Essential). 

  2. Current MR unrestricted Licence (Essential).

  3.  Current HC unrestricted Licence (Desirable).

  4. Traffic Controllers Certificate - Implement Traffic Control Plans (Desirable).

  5. Chainsaw operations (Desirable).

Salary range for this position is $1,117.96 to $1,265.40 per week dependent on qualifications and experience.
